She will also be missed by her sister Diana and brother-in-law George MacDonald also of Pine Glen, brother Ernie Farrer of Moncton, sisters-in-law Marijke of Halifax and Ann Ward of Greenwood, NS. She will be especially missed by her niece Kimberley MacDonald Plantin (Marc). She also leaves behind nephews, nieces, great-nephews and nieces, and great-great-nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by her parents; brothers and sisters-in-law: John, David (Jean), and Rose Farrer, Ray and Millie Ward, Ralph Ward, Norma and Bill Peterson, Shirley and Junior Palmer, and Bill and Lorna Ward.
JoAnne worked at Albert County Registry Office (now SNB) in Land Titles for 37 years. She had a love for animals and a talent for decorating and gardening.
We would like to thank her friends for their support to our family during these past few months.
There is no visitation or funeral at her request. Cremation has taken place at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd, Riverview (506-869-2007). In lieu of flowers, her family would appreciate donations to PAW Moncton (formerly SPCA) or the “Buddy Fund” at the Coverdale Veterinary Hospital, as JoAnne always had a natural gift of love and nurturing all of her fur babies.
