UPDATED: Anderson Caught

Not long after releasing the name and photo of a 21 year old man wanted in a home invasion and abduction earlier this week in Moncton, the Mounties have their man.

On Tuesday, Codiac RCMP were told John Jay Anderson broke into a house on McLaughlin Drive and tried to take an 18-year-old woman against her will.
The man and woman know each other.

Police know Anderson went to the Miramichi area before coming back to Moncton. Miramichi Police and other RCMP detachments took part in a search along with the RCMP helicopter. The woman was found in Moncton about four hours later slightly hurt.

An updated news release today says Anderson was arrested without incident this morning.
