A career Butler, best selling Author, educator and TV personality will make a stop in Moncton today, as a part of a nine city training tour.
Charles MacPherson, who is also known as “Charles the Butler” will be speaking to Ford employees in the Hub City today teaching them about good customer service and communication.
“I think that whether you are going to be going to a Ford dealership or to buy a cup of coffee at the local corner store, everyone wants to feel respected and comfortable.”
He says lessons from the Butler can transcend to all facets of personal and professional life.
This is Charles’ first time in Moncton and it is his last stop on the tour.
In 2008, he opened the only registered school for butlers and household managers in North America….and he is also the author of a book called “The Butler Speaks, which has been on best seller lists three times since its release.
