A trial for a Harrison Trimble teacher accused of sex offences is going ahead.
Forty-three-year-old William MacGillivray appeared in Moncton court for a two day preliminary hearing.
Media reports says the hearing ended this morning, and the matter is to be set over for trial in Moncton’s Court of Queen’s Bench.
MacGillivray is facing numerous charges including child luring, and two counts of sexual exploitation.
