Second Suspect Sought In Armed Robbery

Codiac RCMP have arrested one of two suspects in connection with an armed robbery at a Needs store on Mountain Road last weekend.

A 15-year-old boy pleaded guilty to armed robbery in Moncton court today and will be sentenced on November 19th.

Police are still looking for a second suspect.

Two suspects entered the Needs store early last Saturday morning at 1036 Mountain Road.

Police say one of the men was armed and demanded money from the clerk.

The pair fled with cash but no one was hurt.

The second suspect (pictured) is described as Caucasian, young looking and wearing dark coloured clothing with a baseball cap.

If you have any information, you’re asked to call Codiac RCMP or Crimestoppers.
