Roxanne Zinck was revealed as the first winner from Atlantic Canada in a colourful celebration at the Lily Lake Pavilion.
We asked her what this means to her and she tells us it changes everything in her life.
She has the freedom to take a vacation with her kids which has never been able to do, she can get new furniture and do so much.
Zinck was talking about what it would be like to win the money and within hours learned that she had actually won.
