1939 – 2026

Rogersville, NB – It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the passing of Georges Richard, 86, of Foyer Assomption, on Saturday, April 18^th, 2026.

Born in Rogersville, NB, he was the son of the late Arthur and Georgina (Caissie) Richard.

He is survived by his brother, Gerald Richard (Antoinette) of Rogersville; by his sister-in-law, Thérèse Richard of Rogersville, and by several stepchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by wife, Yvonne (Boucher) Richard; by his sisters: Rita, Lucienne, Angeline and Janita and by his brothers: Eugene and Mederic.

Visitation will be held from St-François-de-Sales RC Church, Rogersville, NB, on Wednesday, April 22^nd, 2026, from 1 pm to 2:45 pm, funeral will follow in the church at 3 pm.

Burial will be held in the Parish Cemetery in the spring of 2026.
