October 1, 1937  –  April 12, 2026

George White, 88, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at The Villa du Repos after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. He was the son of the late Arthur and Zita (Comeau) White of Bathurst, NB. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

George had a long and successful career in banking and finance, in later years he opened and incorporated his own real estate company – SUM Realty.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Margaret White (nee Glazier); his daughters, Colleen LeBlanc (Bernie) and Lisa Levesque (Guy); and his grandchildren, Ashley LeBlanc (Jordon), Janelle Levesque (Ryan) and Jeremy Levesque (Sarah).

In keeping with George’s wishes there will be no visitation hours or funeral service. Interment will take place at a later date in Elmwood Cemetery.
