Dallen Darci Craig Vankroonenburgh age 6, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of joy, energy, and deep affection. Born in Moncton he was a son of Sara Vankroonenburgh and Michael Milburn.
Dallen was a boy who embraced life with continuous energy and enthusiasm. He had a passion for sports and was exceptionally talented at almost every activity he tried. Among his favorites were: riding his skateboard, playing soccer, playing hockey, engaging in gaming adventures on Fortnite and Roblox. Dallen was a dedicated “mommy’s boy”, a proud “nannah’s boy”, and held a deep affection for his “Grumpy” Tom Short. He shared an inseparable bond with his brother, spending countless hours play fighting, going for walks, and exploring local parks alongside his brother, his auntie, Lyssa, and his mother, Sara. Known for his selective routine “no” was rarely an option on most days, particularly when it came to his favorite time spent playing on his mom’s phone or asking for his favorite snacks. With his large blue eyes and an infectious laugh, Dallen had a unique ability to light up any room he entered. He possessed a remarkably big heart and left a permanent mark on the lives of everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. “Fly high, little man, until we meet again.” Dallen’s memory will live on through all the hearts he touched throughout his six years on this earth.
Survived by his mother, Sara Vankroonenburgh of Moncton; one brother, Brayden Milburn of Moncton; maternal grandmother, Roxane Vankroonenburgh of Riverview; aunt, Victoria Vankroonenburgh (Cordell Klatt) of Riverview; cousin, Leah Vankroonenburgh.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fergusons Riverview Funeral Centre & Fergusons Crematorium, 214 Pine Glen Rd., Riverview, NB., E1B 1V6, (506-857-9544) where visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm.
A private family burial will take place at Alderwood Cemetery, Riverview, NB.
