Alcide Pellerin

1931 ~ 2026

Shediac, N.B.- Alcide Pellerin, 94, of Maison Providence, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 1st, 2026, at his residence.

Born on June 25th, 1931, he was the son of the late Antoine Pellerin and the late Mabel (Boucher) Pellerin.

Alcide worked as a Carpenter until his retirement.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Marie Pellerin (née: Maillet); his son, Jacques Pellerin (Diane) of Memramcook; his two sisters: Irma Pellerin (late Jules Boisvert) of Sherbrook, QC, and Diana Cormier (late Léo) of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent; his brother, André (Denise) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Rita (1975); his sister, Phyllis; and his brother, Paul.

Visitation will be held at the Passage-Chartersville Funeral Cooperative, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB., on Friday, May 8th, from 2 to 4 pm, followed by the funeral service in the chapel at 4 pm. Interment will be held at Passage Columbarium.

In memory of Alcide, and if desired, a donation can be made to the Moncton Albert Hospice House, or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
