MONCTON, N.B. – Moncton City Council has given its unanimous approval to a commercial retail development on Elmwood Drive, just north of the Trans Canada Highway.
The development will include a home improvement store with a lumber yard, a grocery store, a service station, coffee shop and fast food restaurant.
The project was given the go ahead last night when council approved an amendment to the urban boundary in the city’s municipal plan so the developers could hook up to city services.
