A 27-year-old man will appear in Moncton court this afternoon after an incident on Ayer Avenue.
RCMP say they responded to a home at around 9:15 last night, after reports of a man out of control.
When police arrived, there was a struggle and the accused reached for the officers weapon.
He is facing several charges including uttering threats and resisting arrests.
Police also seized a firearm, knives, a cross bow and ammunition from the home.
