Christmas Tree Drop Off Time

Now that Christmas is over, many people begin taking down their decorations.

One of the challenges is finding safe and convenient ways of disposing of your Christmas tree and the City of Moncton is working hard to make it as easy as possible.

There are a number of different options this year, including free drop offs at the Coliseum, the Fairview Knoll Playground and the Crossman Community Centre -Kay Arena until January 9th.

In an effort to be more convenient, residents are also allowed to add their tree to their regularly scheduled garbage pickups until January 9th.

The City adds if your regular pickup is Christmas, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day, you will have to put out your garbage on different days.
