A Fredericton man will return to court on Thursday for a bail hearing on kidnapping charges.
25-year-old Hyper James A’Hern has been in custody since his arrest on August 13 in Centennial Park.
Codiac RCMP say a man with an air pistol forced a 19-year-old woman to go with him against her will.
Court heard yesterday that A’Hern has been approved for legal aid but he has not yet been appointed a lawyer.
