A Neguac man has been arrested following multiple reports of stolen mail in Caraquet.
Last month, members of the Tracadie RCMP responded to three calls of stolen mail at different locations in Bas-Caraquet.
While patrolling the area, police located a vehicle parked near a mailbox on Rue Du Portage arrested a 31-year-old man.
During a search of the vehicle, police seized stolen mail and tools believed to have been used to break into the mailboxes.
The individual was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Caraquet Provincial Court in June.
