The RCMP’s Major Crime Unit wants to speak with anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity near a homicide scene in Saint-Ignace.
Richibucto RCMP found a woman unresponsive at a home on Saint-Ignace Road early Sunday (March 8) around 6:30am.
The 39-year-old woman, identified as Erika Ann Vautour of Saint-Ignace, died after being taken to hospital.
An autopsy has been conducted and police have released the victim’s name to help in their investigation.
