A 46-year old man from Belledune is under arrest in connection with the attempted homicides of two children.
RCMP responded to a single vehicle crash in Blackland back on November 3rd involving a man, and two children who officers say are related.
All three were taken to hospital, with the children later transferred to the Halifax IWK hospital and then released.
The man remained in hospital in Campbellton and was arrested upon release.
The RCMP say they got information suggesting foul play was involved in the crash.
The man will appear in Campbellton Provincial court tomorrow to face charges relating to the crash.
