The New Brunswick Community College implementing community service as a requirement to graduate.
Regional Director at NBCC Chris Tool says the college has two days called service learning days.
Tool says starting last year, every student who comes through the doors at NBCC is required to take part in one of the learning service days.
He says every student will have the fact that they volunteer and take part in community service on their diploma.
Tool says he made a presentation to other schools in Canada about what learning service days are and received very positive feedback.
