An emergency response exercise will be conducted at the Greater Moncton International Airport tomorrow.
Airport Authority personnel will work closely with other emergency crews including Moncton and Dieppe Fire, RCMP, Ambulance NB, Red Cross, area hospitals and affected airlines.
Spokesperson Julie Pondant says they will simulate an airplane crash at the airport.
Transport Canada regulations state that the Airport must conduct these types of emergency exercises at least every two years.
This exercise will have no impact on airport operations.It will get underway at 10 tomorrow morning.
