Chairman of the provincial Branch of the Monarchist League of Canada Barry MacKenzie says Queen Elizabeth II will become the longest reigning monarch.
MacKenzie says Queen Elizabeth will surpass her great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria.
MacKenzie says in February she’ll have reigned for 64 years.
