In the City of Moncton, all of the plowing crews were out all night, trying to keep ahead of this storm. It proved very difficult with all of the blowing and drifting snow.
City of Moncton Night Crew Foreman David Broughton says it has been non stop since last week.
He says, “Guys are getting their rest and other guys are coming on to replace them, so we’re kind of balancing things out to right at the moment.”
He says the plows are doing their best to keep up, with their focus on the main arteries.
Some of the side streets do have more snow than others.
They’re hoping to get all plowed and perhaps even get some of it hauled away before the next potential storm hits.
