Fred Prosser’s appeal of his conviction has been denied.
Prosser is serving prison time for the first degree murder, of 25-year-old Sabrina Patterson, in Shenstone, NB in October of 2010.
He appealed his conviction arguing there were errors in the dealing of DNA evidence.
The Court of Appeal in Fredericton dismissed the application yesterday.
Prosser is serving a life sentence with no chance of parole for 25 years.
