More Winter Weather On Its Way To The Region

Here we go again.

We have another winter storm warning in effect for our region, and more hazardous winter conditions are expected.

A winter storm will impact New Brunswick tonight into Saturday, with flurries changing to heavy snow near midnight.

Strong winds will develop tonight or Saturday and will likely result in blowing snow, causing reduced visibilities.

Snowfall amounts of 20 to 35 centimetres are forecast across the region with the heaviest amounts falling Saturday morning.

The good news is, a storm we had been hearing about for Monday, isn’t going to impact us as much as first thought. As it stands right now, that storm is sitting to the south of us, and will affect Nova Scotia.
