A rash of thefts from vehicles in Moncton and Riverview yesterday morning is under investigation by Codiac RCMP.
Officers say at least six vehicles were broken into, some with their windows smashed and valuables including a wallet, purse, laptop and GPS system were stolen.
The thefts happened on Wallace Court and Country Club Road in Riverview and Maple Street and Mark Avenue in Moncton.
RCMP are reminding the public to remove valuables or at least hide them in their vehicles – as this discourages theft.
They are asking anyone with information in these thefts to call the RCMP or Crimestoppers.
