The trial of a man accused of uttering threats against police is delayed until February 20th because the defence needs more time to prepare.
19 year old David Earle Crawford pleaded not guilty to the charge of uttering threats.
However he does face 3 other charges for which he has pleaded guilty – including causing a disturbance, breaching a court undertaking by violating his curfew and possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana.
The judge also added another charge of breaching an undertaking today, after Codiac RCMP say Crawford failed to report in to RCMP three times a week between December 8th and 29th.
Crawford has yet to be sentenced for those crimes to which he has pleaded guilty.
