Judge Ronald Leblanc, who was scheduled to hear the closing arguments in Dennis Oland preliminary inquiry today, is unable to attend due to illness.
Oland was scheduled to appear in provincial court today.
Oland’s father, Richard, was found dead in his office back in 2011. Dennis Oland was declared the prime suspect in the case and charged one year ago tomorrow – he and his family, on the other hand, maintain his innocence.
A new date for the closing arguments will be set on Friday
