The man who is know for his hobby of golfing in Victoria Park returns to Moncton court today.
Thirty-one-year-old Michael Edward Delahunt is facing several charges including assault, and uttering threats.
Last week, he was sentenced on separate charges. He received a 12 month conditional sentence with four months house arrest, and then 12 months probation, and he has also been banned from golfing in Victoria Park.
The charges he is facing for today’s appearance are expected to be resolved.
