Warming Centre Set Up In Woodstock Area

Over 1700 NB Power customers remain in the dark this morning after this past weekends storm, with the majority are in the Woodstock area.

The Canadian Red Cross has set up a warming centre for those in need.

It’s a place where they can warm up, get a hot beverage, bottled water, or recharge their mobile devices or medical aids.

Disaster volunteers are staffing the centre that is located at the Wesleyan Church Hall on Lockhart Mill Road, north of Woodstock.
