A 21-year-old man accused of kidnapping an 18-year old woman against her will, returns to court today for a bail hearing.
John Jay Anderson is facing numerous charges including committing a home invasion, breaking into a home on McLaughlin Drive, unlawful confinement, and assault.
RCMP say last Tuesday, a home was broken into, and a woman was abducted. She was taken to the Miramichi area before she was brought back to Moncton and released.
Anderson was arrested last Thursday morning at a home in the Shediac Road area after RCMP released a photo and description.
