Codiac Transpo Installing Fareboxes on Buses

A new system is being implemented on Codiac Transpo buses that will help modernize transit services in Greater Moncton.

Fareboxes are being installed starting on August 3rd and are expected to be up and running by August 13th.

These boxes can accept cash fares, scan ride passes, use a QR code scanner for monthly passes and transfer slips.

Codiac Transpo has released a series of videos that demonstrate how the fareboxes are used.
