Winter Storm Headed To NB

If you have plans for Saturday, consider rescheduling and don’t forget to pick up a bag of storm chips.

Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning for most of the province, including Moncton and Southeastern New Brunswick.

The highest snow accumulations are expected in our region with up to 40 centimetres of snow.

This system will also bring high winds with it. of up to 100 kilometres per hour.

Visibility is expected to be drastically reduced in blowing snow.

Environment Canada says the snow will move into the southern part of the province Saturday morning and spread north by the afternoon.

Conditions are expected to improve by Sunday morning.
