Wildcats Homeopener At Avenir Centre Sold Out

If you were hoping to attend the Moncton Wildcats homeopener at the Avenir Centre, unfortunately you are now out of luck.

The first home game of the season between the Moncton Wildcats and Saint John Sea Dogs will be played in front of a sold out crowd, to over 8500 fans.

Director of Business Operations Ryan Jenner says they have lots of entertainment planned to help celebrate their first game at the Avenir Centre.

“There is a big event planned outside in the plaza prior to the game starting at 5pm on Friday. We will have activities for all ages, and then I am going to leave the rest for suspense.”

This is the largest homeopener crowd that the team has ever played in front of, and we’ll set a record.

A reminder to fans, to give yourself some extra time when arriving before the game. There are additional security checks you will have to go through when entering the centre.

If you missed out on getting tickets for Friday night’s game, not to worry. Jenner says there are still plenty of tickets left for Sunday’s game at the Avenir Centre against the Halifax Mooseheads.
