The man known for his habit of golfing in Victoria Park returns to Moncton court this afternoon.
A trial date is expected to be set today for 30-year-old Michael Edward Delahunt on charges he faces from alleged incidents in May of this year.
He is accused of assault, uttering threats and breaching a court undertaking.
Delahunt is also accused in connection with incidents last year, involving the same person and another individual. Those charges are being handled separately.
