Fredericton Police updating the condition of Peter Bryden who was found on a street after what appears to have been a serious assault last month.
Bryden remains in the Regional Hospital. He had been in critical condition but has improved. He`s now listed as being in serious condition but stable.
Bryden, the son of retired Senator John Bryden, was discovered in the early morning hours after attending the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival earlier.
Police are saying investigators continue to follow up on leads and have interviewed several people.
