Two Charged After Codiac RCMP Recover Stolen Items

Codiac RCMP have recovered a large number of items which had been stolen after a rash of break-ins and thefts from vehicles over the summer in Metro Moncton.

Laptops, DVD players, CD’s, wallets, tools, and jewelry are among the items recovered which were stolen between mid-July and late August.

Meantime, 27-year-old Jamie Anglehart of Moncton and a 17-year-old Moncton girl have been arrested and charged in the thefts after officers recently carried out a search warrant at a Mckenzie Avenue apartment.

The pair will return to court on September 28th.

Police say they now want to match up the recovered items with their respective owners.

If anyone has been the victim of theft this summer in Metro Moncton, you’re asked to contact Codiac RCMP with a description of what was stolen.
