Turn Your Empties Into Opportunity: Support BGC Riverview Through Our Recycling Program

What if your empty cans and bottles could help change a child’s day?

At BGC Riverview, we’re proud to introduce a simple, impactful way to give back while caring for the environment. As part of our commitment to sustainability and community support, we’ve launched a Recycling Program that turns your refundable containers into meaningful opportunities for local children and youth.

A Simple Way to Make a Big Impact

New Brunswick’s refundable beverage container system makes it easy to contribute. Instead of collecting your refund, you can donate it to BGC Riverview—helping fund essential programs that support kids and families right here in our community.

By participating, you’re not only raising funds—you’re also promoting environmentally responsible habits that benefit everyone.

How It Works

Getting involved is easy:

  • Collect your refundable cans and bottles at home or work
  • Drop them off at one of our convenient partner locations
  • Your recyclables will be turned into funding that supports BGC Riverview programs

Drop-Off Locations

You can bring your recyclables to:

  • Riverside Auto
  • Old Time Meat Market

These local partners are helping make it easier than ever to give back—right in your own neighbourhood.

Why It Matters

Every bottle and can you donate helps provide:

  • Free, accessible programs for children and teens
  • Nutritious initiatives like breakfast programs
  • Safe, welcoming spaces where young people can learn, grow, and thrive

For many families, these programs are essential. Your small act of recycling can make a lasting difference in a child’s life.

Join Us in Making a Difference

This program is about more than recycling—it’s about community. It’s about coming together to support local families while protecting the environment we all share.

Every little bit truly helps.

So next time you finish a drink, don’t throw that container away—turn it into something powerful. Together, we can create a cleaner environment and a stronger, more supportive community for the children and families of BGC Riverview.
