Tickets are now on sale for the fifth “Hand in Hand Dream Lottery” thanks to a partnership between the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation and the CHU Dumont Foundation.
The grand prize is a beautiful home in Royal Oaks worth 900-thousand dollars or you can take 750-thousand dollars in cash.
CHU Dumont Foundation President/CEO Jacques LeBlanc says most tickets are usually sold with the proceeds used to fund projects at both hospitals.
“In the past few years we have reached 20 percent sold. So that in itself is quite an accomplishment,” he notes.
Tickets are available at Jean Coutu locations, at the Dream Home in Royal Oaks, online or directly through the hospital foundations and you’re encouraged to buy early before the VIP deadline of May 19.
The previous four “Hand in Hand Dream Lotteries” have raised almost 1.4 million dollars for Moncton’s two hospital foundations.
