Thunderstorm Watch In Place For Moncton, Sussex and St. Stephen

We could be in for nasty thunderstorms later as Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch

The watch is in place for many areas including Sussex, the Kennebecasis Valley, Moncton and Southeast New Brunswick, Grand Lake, Fredericton, Oromocto, St. Stephen and Woodstock.

Today’s weather conditions are favourable to create thunderstorms with strong winds, large hail, heavy rain and intense lightning.

Environment Canada warns heavy downpours can cause flash floods and pooling water on roads.
