Tailored Plan For Anglophone East Schools

The Anglophone East School District is working on a plan to ensure each school’s individual needs are met.

Superintendent Gregg Ingersoll presented the comprehensive 35-element program they are using to achieve their goal.

He says all 37 schools in the district aren’t created equal and therefore have different needs.

They have compiled a data bank for every school, with information on the communities, staff and students.

Ingersoll has already started meeting one-on-one with Principals to discuss where they need support.

He says the main goal of the program is to find out what resources schools need as well as how to offer those resources.

This initiative is aimed at improving the social and academic lives of students.
