A community initiative between FIFA representatives and area school districts means that youth can experience women’s soccer at a reduced price.
Students and their families in Anglophone East and Francophone South will be able to attend the upcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup games on June 9th for just $5 a ticket.
Venue General Manager for Moncton Stephane Delisle says they wanted to ensure students had the chance to see this experience of a lifetime.
“Even at regular ticket prices, they will exposed to those role models who will potentially inspite them.”
Tickets are for the opening matches in Moncton – France versus England and Mexico versus Columbia.
Today is the last day to get these discounted tickets.
