With the giving season fully underway, people living in Greater Moncton are opening hearts and wallets to help those less fortunate.
The Metrotones played to a sell out crowd Saturday night for their “A Christmas Celebration” concert.
Concert goers donated $11,000 and 5,040 pounds of food with a value of $12,600.
Overall, the takeaway for the night was $23,600.
