A sentencing hearing begins today for Tyler Noel.
He pleaded guilty to second degree murder in the death of Baylee Wylie.
Two days has been scheduled for the hearing.
Devin Morninstar is currently in prison serving life sentence for first degree murder and arson, with no chance of parole for 25 years in connection with the same incident.
Marissa Shephard is also facing the same charges.
Her trial is scheduled to begin in February next year.
Wylie’s body was found in a Moncton home after a fire in December 2015.
