Second Degree Murder Trial Dates Set For Moncton Man

Trial date have been set for a Moncton man charged with second degree murder.

26 year old Jesse James Belliveau will return to court on September 10th, to appear before a judge and jury.

He is charged in connection with the stabbing death of Rodney James Perry in January last year.

Perry died in hospital, after a fight in the Elmwood Drive area.

Belliveau was arrested in Memramcook three days later.

The trial is expected to take around three weeks.
