Another court appearance is scheduled this afternoon for a Saint-Paul man accused of aggravated assault and unlawful confinement.
Forty-year-old David Beaulieu is expected to elect his mode of trial in Moncton court.
Beaulieu was arrested in August after an investigation by RCMP into reports of a man driving around the Moncton area with an injured woman in the back of his vehicle.
Officers located the vehicle and a 34 year old woman was taken to hospital.
