That word coming from Education Minister Serge Rouselle who also says $4.5 million in new funding will be used to implement a comprehensive literacy strategy from early childhood through to Grade 12.
The much touted new ten year education plan will be in place by July.
No new schools will be constructed but planning will start on a couple of new ones in Moncton North, Campbellton and Oromocto.
