An upgraded website in Metro Moncton will mean good things for local events, while benefitting charities at the same time.
MyCommunityCalendar.ca is not new to the web, but it has recently undergone some changes. It includes everything from charities, businesses and community groups.
How does it give back to local charities you ask?
Local non profit organizations can sell advertising on the site and will receive 40 per cent of the profits, with the other 60 per cent going to the Seniors Information centre who run the website.
