Police Investigate Two Robberies In Metro Moncton

Codiac RCMP are continuing to investigate two robberies in the Hub City.

Shortly after noon yesterday, Codiac RCMP say a man with a knife entered the Scotiabank at 323 St. George Street and held up the branch.

He then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

A police dog was brought in but officers lost the trail near Dufferin and Weldon Streets.

Police are also looking for information in a separate robbery incident at Pub 1755 in Dieppe early yesterday morning.

It happened at around 1am yesterday morning. The suspect then took off on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
