1947 – 2026

Sharon Perry of Moncton passed away at her home in Moncton on March 17, 2026. Born in Fredericton, she was the daughter of the late John and Alva Laird.

Sherry was a former nurse in British Columbia before moving back east. Following an accident that ended her nursing career, she remained active and independent, spending her time crocheting, canning, and caring for children in her community.

She was known for her kindness and strong sense of community, forming many lasting friendships with her neighbours and those around her. She especially enjoyed visits with her dear friend Lynn.

She is survived by her son Craig Perry (Lisa), her sisters Joan and Audrey, her grandchildren: Tristen, Emma-Raene, Dylan, Zoie and Nolan, and her best friend Lynn.

Respecting her wishes, cremation will take place at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center,330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview. Donations in her memory may be made to Red Cross, Humanity Project, War Amps or Our Daily Bread.
