It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Winsor, 76, on November 7th, 2025, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.
Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Rita Newlands and late stepfather, John Newlands.
Linda will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 53 years, Robert Winsor of Moncton; her aunts: Angela Leger of Grand-Barachois and Alfreda Tremblay (Roland) of Quebec; her uncles: Donald Leger (Rose-Marie) of Dieppe, René Leger of Quebec, and Fernand Leger (Anne) of Ottawa; her nieces: Cindy Wiechmann (Rainer) of Newfoundland and Labrador and Stacey Fowler of Ottawa; her cousin, Paul LeBlanc of Moncton; as well as several cousins and friends.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Louise; as well as her aunts and uncles: Edouard, Aquila, Roger, Clorice, Amédée, Henri and Diana.
In respect to Linda’s wishes, there will be a private graveside service held at St-Henri de Barachois Cemetery at a later date.
Donations in memory of Linda can be made to the St-Henri de Barachois Cemetery.
