Cocagne, NB- It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Gisèle Richard.
Born in Bouctouche, on April 29 th , 1958, she was the daughter of the late Laurie Richard and Elizabeth Richard.
Gisèle dedicated over 40 years of service to the Westmorland Fishery Ltd. Following her retirement, she lovingly cared for her mother, showing the same quiet strength and devotion that defined her life. Those who had the privilege of knowing Gisèle will remember her as a gentle soul, whose kindness left a lasting impression on all who met her.
She will be sadly missed by her mother, Elizabeth Richard of Cocagne; her brothers: Jean-Guy Richard (Marlene) of South Dakoda, US, Maurice Richard (Murielle) of Notre-Dame, Marcel Richard of Moncton and Michel Richard of Cocagne; her sister, Thérèse Richard (Lise) of Cocagne; plus her nieces and nephews: Tim, Gabrielle, Donna, Fiona, Cédric and Pierre.
In respect to Gisèle’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. The family kindly requests privacy as they navigate this difficult time.
